Don bosco

Don Bosco Navjeevan started the work in Chandigarh in 2003. It is a part of Don Bosco Network. From its inception Don Bosco Navjeevan was working for the downtrodden. Taking care of the slum children, young at risk and women empowerment. Its sole purpose was to work for the betterment of children, adolescents and young adults who were marginalized or at risk. The focus of the Organization has been to reach out to the needy children and youth in the streets, slums and villages, improve the quality of the program and empower the staff and generally improve the quality of life of all individuals.”

Focus On Education

The Christian teaching demands of us an option for the poor and marginalized who are neglected. Encouraging the young to undertake various activities for their all round development

Bringing Equality

Each and every person is created in the image of God. One cannot discriminate a human being on the basis of gender, caste, creed, ethnicity or political belief. Everyone has the right to basic human rights.

Improving Health Of Poor

Working with the poor and marginalized to improve their health  by providing free medicines to them. 

Eradicating poverty-

Don Bosco is working to provide skill training to SHG ladies and youth so that they can earn for their livelihood.

Promoting Human Rights

Human rights are basic rights that belong to all of us simply because we are human. They embody key values in our society such as fairness, dignity, equality and respect.

Care of Ecology

We believe that collaborative efforts are needed to improve the environment. Through our green alliance programs, we are working on making the environment for living.

Working with Children and Young at Risk through a participatory approach that takes into consideration their needs and aspirations and designing programs accordingly.

Establishment

Establishing an organizational structure that could lead to achieving the aims of the programs.
